I want to express my deep condolence on demise of Your father President Heydar Aliyev on 12 December 2003.
Your father had a legendary working ability, and to great regrets, he died. He will be always remembered as a personality strengthening independence of Azerbaijan and developing relations of the Country with Europe, in particular, with the Council of Europe.
Please, I would like that You new we share bitterness of this heavy loss, express to You and Your family our heartfelt sorrow.
