Pr. President,

We would like to express condolences on the occasion of the death of Your father, President Heydar Aliyev. We worked closely at searching for resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and were delighted with his decisiveness and tireless efforts aimed at peaceful resolution of this conflict.

Responsibility he felt for resolution of the conflict, improving of living conditions of the Azerbaijanis ousted from their housed have aroused our respect.

Please, accept our sincere condolences on the great loss to You, Your family and country.

We assure You that as the Minsk group co-chairs we will do our best to support the peace process. We look forward to working with You in future for finding peaceful resolution of the conflict.
