On behalf of the Pakistani Government and people, on my own behalf, I would like to express sincere condolences on he passing of his Excellency Heydar Aliyev.
After independence of Azerbaijan, President Heydar Aliyev led Azerbaijan forward in a traditional way. The confidence of the people of Azerbaijan was an example of respect to his outstanding leadership qualities. The Government and the people of Pakistan will remember President Heydar Aliyev for good for his great contribution to development of Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations.
May Allah rest his soul in peace and give his Your family strength to suffer this unbearable pain.
I want to extend best wishes for Your Excellency’s health and happiness, and peace, longstanding progress and prosperity of the people of Azerbaijan.
