I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news on the decease of strong leader of the Azerbaijan people and state, outstanding statesman and unique person Heydar Aliyev. Late Heydar Aliyev took the glorious place in the Turkish and world’s history by his great services to Azerbaijan’s happiness and prosperity, peace in the region and the whole world.
Our people and government who are always near the people of Azerbaijan sincerely share their brothers’ pain at these sorrowful moment.
May Allah bless Heydar Aliyev’s soul in peace.
