Please, accept my sincere sympathy on the demise of Your father, highly esteemed Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev. On these sorrowful days I remember Heydar Aliyevich as a wise leader and simply good fine man and citizen of his country.
I am confident that on the highest state post You as worthy successor of Your father will continue Heydar Aliyev’s course aimed at strengthening good neighboring relations between out two countries.
