It is with great regret and sorrow we learned of the news on the passing of Your father, his Excellency, former President of Azerbaijan Republic, Mr. Heydar Aliyev, whose pure soul ascended to the Most High.
He spared no efforts for serving his Motherland and people even for the last years, and was engaged in noble deeds which future generation of the Azerbaijani people will remember with gratitude.
On behalf of the people of Palestine and on my own behalf, we express to Your Excellency, and in Your person to the esteemed government and the fraternal people of Azerbaijan our sincere condolences asking Almighty Allah to bless the late, forgive his sins and settle him in the Eternal Paradise. We also ask Allah to give patience and tenacity to the people of Azerbaijan and Your esteemed Government.
