It is very difficult for the people who knew Heydar Aliyevich to say “was” about him. This sad verb will originate poems, novels, and scientific works to light up the complete historical figure of Heydar Aliyev, which had reached utmost scale during the last fifteen years when the Azerbaijan’s destiny was decided. Heydar Aliyev was the brightest exponent of the most strong ideas of the XX century. Creators of the new times in many countries will never manage without his unique experience.
Heydar Aliyev dreamed to create independent state as a light, spacious and safety House of the People. He had time to do much to this end for the ten years of his presidency. Heydar Aliyev had had time to pass his dream to You, his disciple and son, and all the people of Azerbaijan realizing that only community of the people’s and their leader’s dream will help it to come true.
I am confident that on these sorrowful days, all Azerbaijan swears that the Teacher’s hopes will become reality. Let it be!
