Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev was one of the brightest politicians of the XX century. Possessing the talent of extraordinary thinking of great political figure, he could turn Azerbaijan to a developing industrial Republic, country that holds a worthy place in the world community.
We highly assess his contributions to development and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation and good neighboring between Azerbaijan and Russia, in strengthening the tradition of historical friendship of the peoples of our countries. We are convinced that under Your leadership these ideas will find further deepening and extent.
