Permit me to express my deep condolence on the passing of Your beloved father – His Excellency Mr. Heydar Aliyev.
He was a man who devoting his life to his state and people, deserved glory of the prominent public and political figure, whose name will forever remain not only in the hearts of the Azerbaijani nations, but also in the history of all humanity.
In this sorrowful moment for all of us, I would like to wish You, Your family and the whole people of Azerbaijan fortitude and patience.
