On behalf of the CIS Council of Evaluators Union and on my own behalf, I offer to You my deep condolences on the passing of the wise leader Heydar Aliyev, Your father. Social and economic achievements gained for 34 years of his leadership in Azerbaijan are undoubted and arouse respect throughout the world.
The CIS evaluators mourn together with the people of Azerbaijan over the passing away of the Great Azerbaijani and are confident that his cause and traditions will be continued, and Azerbaijan will more powerful and democratic state.
