We learned with a heavy heart the sad news on demise of the great son of Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, the brilliant person and outstanding political figure of the modern times.
On behalf of the sport community of Central Asian countries, and on my own behalf, accept my deepest condolences in these mourning days of the whole Azerbaijan.
We mourn, Mr. President, this severe ans irreparable loss together with the brotherly people of Azerbaijan and wish it in this difficult time fortitude, stability and peace.
