I was shocked to learn of the death of the esteemed Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev. Heydar Aliyevich was known in Kirgizistan as eminent statesman, world-known political figure, who made invaluable contribution to formation and development of independent Azerbaijan.

Under his leadership, the Republic of Azerbaijan achieved large success on the way of independent, became recognized and respected member of the world community. Heydar Aliyevich devoted all his talent and wisdom, love for motherland, diligence and selflessness to the prosperity of Azerbaijan.

Heydar Aliyevich will keep in our memory as prominent political figure who gave his life to serving his motherland, and as a faithful son of Azerbaijan people.

On behalf of the people of Kirgizistan, and on behalf of myself, I express, esteemed Ilham Heydarovich, to You, Your family members and fraternal people of Azerbaijan my profound condolences on this irreplaceable loss.
