With deep sorrow we learned of the Azerbaijani people’s heart-break – the decease of Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev.
Renowned statesman and political figure who had done everything in his power to establishment of the independent Azerbaijan state. For many years, the state activity of Heydar Aliyevich was linked to Security bodies where he worked his way up from operating officer to Chief of Azerbaijan KGB.
High political and business qualities of Heydar Aliyev, his warmth and delicacy towards people, brought him deep respect not only in the Motherland but also far beyond its borders.
Please, accept dear Ilham Heydarovich at this sorrowful time for the Azerbaijani people, our deepest sympathy.
We are confidence that interaction between our special services will further aimed at ensuring security of Azerbaijan and Russia, as well as at protection of the collective interests of the CIS member states.
