We grieve together with You and the people of Azerbaijan at the passing og Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev. His whole life was devoted to selfless serving Motherland and people. His state wisdom and astuteness allowed him to establish peace in the Caucasus and gave the confidence that the war will never come to these lands of plenty.
He will remain in our hearts as a great son of Azerbaijan people and outstanding President. Stability in the Republic and beginning of the independent Azerbaijan’s path towards prosperity are bound up exactly with his name. Heydar Aliyevich did much for development of Russia-Azerbaijan relations and brought them up to qualitatively new level.
Your loss is the one of the whole Commonwealth of Independent States, for all who was born and grown in our former motherland – Soviet Union. As one of its leaders, he did his best to improve living standards of all nations living in that country.
We know that he was a good father, the head of family who would enjoy endless love and respect. We share Your and Azerbaijani people’s heart-break, and his bright memory will forever live in our hearts. Please, accept my sincere condolences.
