I was deeply shocked by the news on demise of Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev. The outstanding statesman, the man who had contributed to development of fraternal and good neighboring relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation. The bright memory of Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev will live in our hearts forever.
