I would like to extend to you my heartfelt condolences on the demise of your later father who had served with distinction and dedication the people of Azerbaijan for more than a decade.
May Allah rest the departed soul in eternal peace, grant you and the bereaved family the fortitude, and bear this irreparable loss.
