Accept my deep and sincere condolences on passing of Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev, your father, great son and outstanding statesman of Azerbaijan.
The whole life of Heydar Aliyev is the continuous string of victories and accomplishments. Having unique abilities and natural wisdom he devoted conscious part of his life to serving his homeland. During hard times for the independent Azerbaijan, he assumed the responsibility for its future and ensured peace and harmony for the people, renovation, stability and development for the state within very short time. His contribution to raising the prestige of Azerbaijan Republic, strengthening and forming the Commonwealth of Independent States cannot be overestimated. The name and deeds of Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev have left deep traces on destinies of millions of people as well as they are added in the history of Azerbaijan and Commonwealth of Independent States.
The destiny afforded me a chance to communicate with President H. Aliyev. The bright memory of those meetings, wise politician, talented leader and unique man Heydar Aliyev will always dwell in my heart.
