PRESS SERVICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
On April 12, a phone conversation between Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and the President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus took place. Mr. Adamkus initiated the conversation.
President of Lithuania expressed regret that he cannot make his visit to Azerbaijan scheduled for 18-19 April in connection with some inner problems.
Reminding with pleasure his earlier meetings with President Aliyev, Mr. Valdas Admakus said they are important from the point of view of development of bilateral relations.
Head of the Azerbaijan State expressed county’s readiness to implement his visit at a time convenient to him.
