Linares. February 27 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani grandmaster Teymur Rajabov has been held to a draw by Norwegian Magnus Carlsen in the 7th round of the annual Linares chess tournament.

The day`s other results are as follows: Lenier Dominguez 0.5-0.5 Wang Yue, Viswanathan Anand 0.5-0.5 Alexander Grischuk, Levon Aronian 0-1 Vasily Ivanchuk.

After seven rounds Grischuk leads the table with 5 points. Carlsen and Ivanchuk have 4 points, Anand and Aronian 3.5 points, Dominguez 3 points, and Rajabov and Yue 2 points each.

The 8th round will see Rajabov face Anand, Carlsen play Aronian, Grishuk take on Dominguez, and Ivanchuk clash with Yue.
