Romanian media: Special events program announced for Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Romanian publication “iAMSport” has published an article highlighting Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, which will take place in Baku this September.
The article notes that this year’s race is expected to be one of the most notable sporting events on the calendar. It also states that the organizers have prepared a special program, as the 2026 Grand Prix coincides with the 10th anniversary edition of the Formula 1 races being held in Baku.
The article highlights performances by Calvin Harris and Katy Perry during the race weekend, adding that the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix has become a major platform for tourism and entertainment and is regarded as one of Formula 1’s most thrilling street circuits.
According to the Romanian publication, the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix contributes to strengthen Azerbaijan’s global image and tourism appeal by showcasing Baku’s blend of modern infrastructure and historic architecture.
