TIM EGGAR: “NOT EVERYBODY IS ABLE TO ESTABLISH INDEPENDENT STATE”

Among the visitors expressing their deep respect to the nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, are special representative of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the South Caucasus, former minister of energy Tim Eggar, president of the BP Company Lord John Brown, the former ambassador of Great Britain to Azerbaijan Rogers Thomas, high rank officials, ambassadors of numerous counties in London, as well as representatives of the Azerbaijani communities.
The words left by Mr. Tim Eggar in the Book of Memory may be another evidence to the large reputation of President Heydar Aliyev on the international arena: “Not everybody is able to establish independent state. And not every politician can gain success in this”.
