Baku, April 11 (AZERTAC). Antilia is a 27 floor building owned by Mukesh Ambani who is one of the billionaire businessmen of India. This is a personal building located inSouth Mumbaiwhere Reliance Industries Chairmen Resides. A staff of around 600 is required to maintain the place all these staff are permanent, This is also the most expensive home in the world.
Besides Mukesh Ambani stay along with his wife Nita, his 3 kids and his mother.
The name of the building ‘Antilia’ is taken from one of the island in the Atlantic.Antilia is base on the land of area 4,532 sqmetres, on the Altamont Road of Cumballa Hill in South Mumbai. Sources say that where land prices in this ares are not less then US$10,000 /sq meter.
The building is designed and constructed by architects from USA, the building takes care of all the Vaastu Shastra concepts which help to get the “positive energy” al the time. None of the floor same in structure, the interiors and the materials used is all with different verity.
This has about 400,000 sq feet space for living, 168 cars can be parked at a time, it has 1 floor dedicated for vehicle maintenance. 9 elevators will make sure that no one needs to use staircases. There are helipads facilities in the house. Special amenities like small theatre, spa, and yoga studio which accommodate more than 500.
