AZERBAIJAN UNIVERSITY OF LANGUAGES, ITALY`S UNIVERSITY OF PERUGIA SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Baku, September 17 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan University of Languages and Italy`s University of Perugia have signed today an agreement on cooperation.

The document was signed by rector of AUL, MP Samad Seyidov and his Italian counterpart Ms. Stephanie Giannini.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Seyidov spoke of the relations between the AUL and University of Perugia.

He said the document would contribute to expanding cooperation between the two universities.

According to him, joint seminars, meetings, classes, conferences and scientific researches will be conducted in accordance with the agreement.

Seyidov added the document also provides for exchange of students and teachers between the two universities.

Ms. Stephanie Giannini, in turn, told of the relations between AUL and University of Perugia. She also touched upon the Azerbaijan-Italy ties.

Italy`s ambassador to Azerbaijan Mario Corco Stefano Baldi was present in the meeting.
