Artur Rasizade, Azeri Prime Minister received April 29 a delegation of Kazakhstan led by its country’s Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Baktikozh Izmukhambetov.

The latter reminded on negotiations held at the Ministry of Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan, results of the fourth sitting of interparliamentary Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan commission for economic cooperation.

Attending the meeting, Abbas Abbasov, the first Vice Premier of Azerbaijan updated the agreements have been achieved at the sitting. He stated that draft agreement on transportation of oil from Kazakhstan through Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan /BTC/ pipeline is ending.

Construction of the marine grain terminal, which is expected to lay in Hovsani settlement with the participation of Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, will end this year.

The sides have also discussed issues of opening of Baku-Atirau flight by local ‘AZAL’ and paying off the mutual debts.
