Baku hosts seminar on liberal electricity markets

An online seminar in the field of liberal electricity markets has been held in Baku, the Ministry of Energy told AZERTAC.
During the 5-days training, associate professor and founder-academician director of the master's program on renewable energy of the School of Engineering and science of Adolfo Ibanez University in Chile Shahriyar Nasirov provided detailed information on features and advantages of liberal electricity markets, market mechanisms, efficient use of resources, risk management in electricity markets, market monitoring and other topics.
