SOCAR delegation visits Alley of Honors and Alley of Martyrs

On the occasion of Oil Workers’ Day, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and the company’s delegation visited the Alley of Honors and the Alley of Martyrs.
At the Alley of Honors, the SOCAR delegation paid deep respect and tribute to the cherished memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, founder of the modern Azerbaijani state and architect of the country’s new energy strategy, and laid a wreath at his monument.
The delegation also honored the memory of prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva by laying flowers at her grave.
At the Alley of Martyrs, the delegation laid flowers at the graves of the martyrs who heroically sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
