Azerbaijani ambassador presents credentials to King of Sweden

Elnur Sultanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Sweden, has presented his credentials to King Carl XVI Gustaf at an official ceremony held at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.
According to the Azerbaijani Embassy in Sweden, during the meeting, Ambassador Elnur Sultanov conveyed the greetings and best wishes of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to King Carl XVI Gustaf. He said he would spare no effort to further strengthen bilateral relations.
The King asked the ambassador to convey his sincere greetings and best wishes to President Ilham Aliyev, wishing Sultanov success in his diplomatic mission.
The meeting also featured an exchange of views on historical ties between Azerbaijan and Sweden, the current state of bilateral relations, and cooperation in addressing global challenges.
