Baku-Rome-Baku flight launched

Baku, April 18 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan Airlines, AZAL launched Baku-Rome-Baku flight, on Tuesday. The price of the flight is 417 AZN.

The “Aerobus 319” took off at 8.30 a.m. Baku time from Heydar Aliyev International Airport and landed in Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Rome in 4 hours and 55 minutes later.

Azerbaijani ambassador to Italy Vagif Sadigov welcomed the passengers, employees of AZAL and representatives of media outlets.

The ambassador said relations between Italy and Azerbaijan were rapidly developing in all spheres. The new flight will strengthen relations even more. Mr. Sadigov said the Days of Azerbaijani Culture started in Italy and will last till April 23.
