Baku State University, China's Liaodong University launch new partnership

The Baku State University (BSU) and China's Liaodong University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The memorandum envisages joint research, academic events, and training programs designed to align both universities' education quality with international standards.
The MoU also includes joint publications in scientific journals, the preparation of joint academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, trainings, and the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, graduate students, doctoral students, and researchers.
The document was inked by Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University, and Fu Libin, Rector of China's Liaodong University.
