BEU graduate admitted by 8 prestigious universities around world

Rafat Bayramov, a 2026 graduate of Baku Engineering University's (BEU) "Computer Science" specialty, has received offers of admission in the field of cybersecurity from 8 prestigious higher education institutions around the world.
The BEU graduate has earned the right to study in cybersecurity programs at the University of Manchester, King's College London, the University of Bristol, the University of Birmingham, and the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
In addition, he was admitted to cybersecurity engineering programs at Sapienza University of Rome in Italy, and at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and Óbuda University in Hungary.
Rafat Bayramov has decided to continue his studies at the University of Manchester, ranked among the world's top 35 and Europe's top 10 universities in the QS rankings. He will study at this prestigious institution within the framework of the "State Program for Youth Education at Prestigious Higher Education Institutions of Foreign Countries for 2022-2028."
Sharing his thoughts on his achievement, Rafat Bayramov noted that the academic knowledge he gained at BEU played an important role in shaping his future goals. Stating that his main goal in the next stage is to deeply master modern approaches and international experience in the field of cybersecurity, the BEU graduate has identified his main objective as contributing in the future to ensuring the security of Azerbaijan's rapidly developing digital infrastructure and strengthening information security.
This achievement by Rafat Bayramov is an important indicator of the internationally competitive training of BEU's students and graduates, as well as of the work carried out at the university in the fields of modern technologies, cybersecurity, and information security.
