BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT EXIT POLL AT BY-ELECTIONS
The “Free Elections and Democracy Civic Initiative” Association (FEDCIA) of Bulgaria intends to conduct exit poll and quick-count at the forthcoming by-elections to the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan. As stated, FEDCIA has defined Civil Society Development and Assistance Association (CSDAA) and “Transparent Elections” Monitoring Center (TE MC) as its partners on Azerbaijan side.
FEDCIA representatives have also taken part at the 2000 parliament and 2003 president elections in the Republic and conducted exit poll and quick-count.
FEDCIA has made its recommendations to invite over 20 observers form 15 countries to observe elections. Among them are senators, members of parliament, lawyers and renowned experts.
