Polish envoy outlines priorities of his country EU presidency

Polish ambassador to Azerbaijan Michal Labenda said told a press conference: `We believe that the Eastern Partnership Summit to be held in September in Poland will provide an impetus for integration process [of Azerbaijan] in the EU,` said the ambassador.
Labenda pointed to the priorities of Poland`s chairmanship of the European Union. The first is a development that includes economic development; the second is security (energy, food, military) and the third is openness of Europe (co-operation with its neighbors), etc.
Labenda also noted that Poland will support the process of negotiations on Turkey`s accession to the EU.
