State Frontier Service of Azerbaijan adopts new military hardware and armaments
Baku, April 20 (AZERTAC). The State Frontier Service of Azerbaijan has held an event to present newly acquired helicopters, armored carriers and weapons.
“Mi-35M”, “Mi-17 V1” and “Mi-8” helicopters were included into the inventory of aviation units of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan.
The “Cobra” VPT” and “Land-Rover Defender” armored personnel carriers, “Iqla S” portable antiaircraft missile and “Scythian” anti-tank guided missile have also been shown.
The First Deputy Prime Minister Yaqub Eyyubov and the Chief of State Border Service of Azerbaijan Elchin Guliyev took part in the event.
