2 dead, 10 injured after train derails near Italy's Milan

At least two people were killed and 10 others were seriously injured after a regional train derailed Thursday near Milan in northern Italy, emergency services said, according to Daily Sabah.
About 100 other people sustained light injuries, Cristina Corbetta, an official with the regional emergency services in Milan, told Sky TG24. The cause of the derailment was not immediately clear.
Carabinieri police confirmed at least two people were killed, 10 were seriously injured and dozens more slightly injured. The train was heading from Cremona into Milan's Garibaldi station.
