'Baku is a very good candidate for Expo 2025'

"Baku is a very good candidate for the Expo 2025 world exhibition," Secretary General of the Bureau International des Expositions Vicente Loscertales has told journalists.
He emphasized that the government of Azerbaijan and population of Baku support the city`s bid.
"This is a very crucial factor for victory. Another positive factor is the country`s successful conduct of large international events. Azerbaijan has vast experience in this area. So Baku's bid project is indeed built on a very strong and great support, and is well prepared. However, we have to wait for the election in November," he said.
Loscertales noted that Azerbaijan is a rapidly developing country and is open to the world.
