AFFA CHAIRMAN LEAVES FOR DUSSELDORF
Chairman of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), Ramiz Mirzayev, has headed to Dusseldorf, Germany, today to partake in the 31st Congress of the Union of European Football Associations, UEFA.
The Congress will discuss prospects of further improving the world football as well as organizational issues, including election of UEFA president and members of the Executive Committee.
FIFA President Sepp Blatter and UEFA President Lennart Johansson are expected to visit Baku in March to officially open AFFA’s new office building.
