Ambassador Bouchez: French companies may make new investments in Azerbaijan

Ambassador Aurelia Bouchez has said French companies may make new investments in Azerbaijan as she visited the country`s Quba district. She noted that French firms are interested in increasing the size of investments in the country.
“Sharp decline in oil prices has changed economic situation in some countries. Azerbaijan is no exception. But the Azerbaijani government is skillfully coping with this through diversifying its economy.”
The Ambassador said that there are many opportunities for diversifying Azerbaijan`s economy, underlining agriculture, tourism and transport areas.
