ANNIVERSARY OF ADMISSION OF AZERBAIJAN TO THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE DEVOTED
As was informed AzerTAj correspondent at the Office, the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova told about deepening of the integration of Azerbaijan in the European space within one year of activity, the Ombudsman Institute created as a result of performance of obligations, taken before the Council of Europe - one of the authoritative international organizations, fastening of the European standards in system of the internal legislation, on realization of the important measures directed on acceleration of process of performance of other obligations taken by the Republic.
The deputy minister of labor and social security of population Tahir Budagov, the judge of Constitutional Court Bahman Garibov, the vice-president of the State Committee on problems of women Mominet Omarova, deputy of the Milli Majlis Mais Safarli have dwelt on the measures undertaken by the Republic in the field of protection of the political and social rights of citizens, have emphasized value of protection of these rights. In addition, necessity of preparation for our country of a bill about the rights of women has been marked.
