Azerbaijan Airlines awarded with European services standard
Baku, February 10 (AZERTAC). European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry (EEIG) has awarded "Azerbaijan Airlines" (AZAL) Closed Joint Stock Company with the European Services Standard.
Honorary Diploma of the Standard was submitted to AZAL’s vice president Eldar Hajiyev by the president of EEIG Representative Office in Azerbaijan Nizami Piriyev in the AZAL head office.
European Service Standard (EuSS) is a distinction mark established for the leading companies, trying to achieve the highest service quality standards and constantly keep their customers satisfied. Standard is presented in “EuSS Blue”, “EuSS Silver” and “EuSS Gold” grades. “Azerbaijan Airlines” has been awarded with the highest “EuSS Gold” grade of the European Service Standard. This grade is granted by the European TCI Chamber to the selective entities proved to be “a company able to demonstrate its better services in all fields and meet the requirements put forward to the exemplary entity aimed to rendering modern standard services”.
“Azerbaijan Airlines” CJSC is an exclusive company in Azerbaijan awarded with this Standard. The company is entitled to use the sign of European Service Standard as a stamp in its documentation.
