Azerbaijan, Italy expand judicial cooperation
Baku, April 18 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov met Italian ambassador Mario Corco Stefano Baldi.
Mammadov praised comprehensive fruitful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Italy.
He stressed the importance of reciprocal visits and Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two countries` justice ministries in 2005.
Mammadov briefed the Italian ambassador on the ongoing judicial reforms in his country.
Mario Corco Stefano Baldi said Azerbaijan was an important partner for Italy. He noted great prospects exist for development of judicial cooperation between the two countries.
The diplomat vowed to spare no efforts to expand relations between justice ministries of Azerbaijan and Italy.
The ambassador also familiarized himself with the Justice History Museum.
