Azerbaijan, Macedonia discuss cooperation prospects

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, who is on a working visit in Belgium to attend the Conference of the European Union on Afghanistan, has met with his Macedonian counterpart Nikola Poposki.
They exchanged views on prospects for the development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
They hailed the favorable opportunities for expanding cooperation in energy, transport and tourism fields.
The sides emphasized the importance of organizing high level reciprocal visits and continuing bilateral cooperation within international organizations.
