Azerbaijan, Netherlands discuss mine action cooperation

Vugar Suleymanov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA), met with Marianne de Jong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, the ambassador was briefed on the scale of the mine problem in the country, the consequences arising from it, as well as the progress of humanitarian demining operations carried out in Garabagh and East Zangezur.
The sides also exchanged views on prospects for future cooperation between the two countries in the field of mine action.
