Azerbaijan, Serbia discuss economic cooperation prospects

Baku, March 4 (AZERTAC). With the support of Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Economic Development , Azerbaijan`s Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and Serbian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce arranged a “round table” with the participation of Azeri and Serb businessmen.

Head of AZPROMO Adil Mammadov informed the participants about Azerbaijan`s economic, business and investment opportunities.

Serbian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce president Mirko Barach spoke about the growing relations between the two countries, noting the importance to strengthen cooperation. Barach updated on Serbia`s business opportunities, especially machine-building, agriculture, wine-making, service and tourism sectors.

Serbian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce president said he was sure bilateral relations on tourism sector would develop within the framework of the “Tourism Year” in Azerbaijan.
