AZERBAIJAN-TURKEY BOOST CUSTOMS COOPERATION
Baku, July 29 (AZERTAC). Chairman of Azerbaijan`s State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev met with Turkish State Minister for foreign trade Zafer Caglayan to discuss customs cooperation.
Mr. Aliyev said Turkey is the second importer after Russia. Turkish market takes an important place in Azerbaijan.
Mr. Caglayan said foreign trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Turkey stood at 2.2 billion dollars, adding this figure would be soon reached $ 5 bln. Turkish Minister praised rapid development of Azerbaijan, including construction of the roads and state-of-the-art buildings.
