Azerbaijan-Ukraine International Alliance contributes to strengthening friendship between two countries

Elmar Mammadov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan-Ukraine International Alliance, met with Viktor Yushchenko, who served as the third President of Ukraine.
The sides discussed the implementation of joint social and cultural projects aimed at supporting the diaspora and enhancing traditional ties between peoples, the expansion of public initiatives and assistance projects under the auspices of the Azerbaijan-Ukraine International Alliance.
They also exchanged views on the role of public diplomacy in the modern world and the importance of expanding youth and educational programs.
Viktor Yushchenko hailed Elmar Mammadov's long standing efforts toward uniting initiatives and developing bilateral relations, particularly emphasizing the Chairman’s contribution to strengthening friendship between Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their confidence that the proposed initiatives would be successfully implemented, affirming their readiness to pursue active cooperation for the benefit of both states.
