Azerbaijani gymnasts shine at Flanders International Acro Cup

Last weekend, Belgian city of Puurs (Antwerp) hosted the first World Cup of the year in Acrobatic Gymnastics.

The women’s group consisting of Aynur Huseynova, Lala Huseynova and Narmin Ramazanova reached the final and ranked 5th as a result.

At the “Flanders International Acro Cup” tournament held at the same time with the World Cup series, the mixed pair - Aghasif Rahimov and Nurjan Jabbarli - won the 1st place. The country’s second duet consisting of Abdulla Al-Mashaykhi and Ruhidil Gurbanli, making their debut on the international arena, became the 3rd losing only to a pair from Australia.
