Azerbaijani journalists arrive in Samarkand

Baku, August 20, AZERTAC

As part of their visit to Uzbekistan, Azerbaijani journalists have traveled from Tashkent to Samarkand.

The journalists arrived in Samarkand in approximately two hours, traveling aboard the Tashkent–Samarkand–Khiva high-speed train, which operates at speeds of 160–180 km/h.

The media representatives were welcomed at Samarkand railway station by a military symphonic orchestra and a national music ensemble performing Azerbaijani and Uzbek melodies.
