Azerbaijani MPs to observe Russian Duma election

Azerbaijani MPs will monitor the election to the Russian State Duma to be held on September 18.
Chairman of the Milli Majlis Legal Policy and State Building Committee Ali Huseynli and MP Mukhtar Babayev will monitor the election in Moscow and Tver through the CIS Executive Committee.
MPs Rufat Guliyev and Mikhail Zabelin will be part of an observation delegation of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly that will monitor the voting in Saint Petersburg and Moscow.
