Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation to visit Germany
Baku, April 30 (AZERTAC). Chairman of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani parliament) Agrarian Policy Standing Committee Eldar Ibrahimov, MP Eldar Guliyev and deputy chief of Milli Majlis Administration`s department on economic legislation Shahmardan Karimov will leave for Germany on Monday.
During the visit, the delegation members will hold a number of meetings in the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection of Germany, German Cooperative and Raiffeisen Confederation, according to press service of Milli Majlis.
The aim of the visit is to study the experience of Germany, one of leaders of European Cooperative Movement established in the Middle Ages and to become familiar with legislative base of the country`s cooperative system.
The Azeri MPs will also visit the province of Sachsonia to study progress achieved in agricultural cooperatives.
The delegation will also attend “AGRA-2011” fair in Leipzig.
The visit will end on May 8.
