AZERBAIJANIS RESIDING IN RUSSIA ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
369 electors have voted in 5 polling stations functioning in the embassy by 11:00 Moscow time. According to the chairman of the district election commission Nagi Kurbanov, elections are being held in free and democratic atmosphere.
Independent observer Parviz Hajiyev also points out to high activity of electors. According to him, there are no any violations of the Election Code and pressure on the electors. P. Hajiyev said that elections are being held in free, democratic atmosphere and electors freely vote for the candidates.
As was noted, electors-Azerbaijanis arrived in Moscow from adjoining regions of Russia where they live are more active. Students, intelligentsia, merchants are all involved in voting.
